Teaching Methods

The module follows an integrated approach combining theoretical units with practical activities. Lectures teach the conceptual and methodological foundations of business modeling, business planning and economic-financial analysis. These are accompanied by group exercises that enable students to apply the knowledge they have acquired. Each student must bring their own PC for the course, which is necessary for the development of the work. In addition, company visits can be organized to facilitate direct contact with business and management reality.

Credits are awarded on the basis of the assessment of the project work, which must be submitted in PDF format (approx. 15-20 slides) before the examination session.
