Learning from Belfast

The case of Belfast, with specific attention to the key-role played by the private sector in the major urban regeneration projects, first of all those related to the Titanic quarter, allows to make some interesting reflections on the potential status of urban regeneration as innovative disciplinary apparatus in current urban planning theory.
