L’arbitrato societario nella legge Cartabia

The article analyzes the changes made by the Cartabia Reform of civil trial (Legislative Decree n. 149/2002) to the corporate arbitration previously governed by Articles 34 to 37 of Legislative Decree n. 5/2003 and now brought into the Civil Procedure Code, questioning the impact of these changes on the arragement’s poor performance.
