Meta-competenze a lavoro. Orientare attraverso il pensiero metaforico

The current liquidity of professional and existential forms require to rethink the traditional prac- tices of career guidance to respond to the need for self-reflection and self-knowledge, taking into account the plurality and the flexibility. The article identifies and describes three meta- competences, creativity, adaptability, strategic mindset that might prove effective for authentic ex- pression of personal and professional Self, and offers the metaphor as a instrument in the education- al path and career guidance.
