Patrimonio culturale, strategie di rigenerazione urbana e nuovi diritti di cittadinanza

Urban regeneration can activate innovative processes in cities and communities in the face of challenges which become even more complex due to growing social and territorial inequalities, aggravated by the COVID 19 pandemic. The article questions the role of Culture and Cultural Heritage (C&CH) in the reduction of inequalities with an approach aimed at overcoming the prevailing declination, limited to considering the degree of access to "primary" citizenship services without also verifying access to C&CH.
