Syllabus

Course Objectives

The course aims to provide the skills for the design and verification of steel and prestressed reinforced concrete structures. in compliance with the main national and international regulations.

With reference to steel structures, the aim is to provide the tools to optimize the structural solution, passing through the resistance and stability checks of the load-bearing elements, up to the definition of the details and the calculation of the connections, while with reference to the prestressed reinforced concrete, is to provide the tools for pre-sizing and resistance checks of isostatic structural elements.
