Accurate knowledge of the Italian Constitution, of the main sources of public law and government asset, with special regard to constitutional checks, regional and local governments and fundamental rights.
Expected results (in compliance with the so-called Dublin descriptors): 1. basic knowledge and understanding of the foundations of the law and especially of public law; 2. reading and analyzing skills with regard to the Italian Constitution; 3. evaluating the relationships among the different branches of the Republic; 4. communicating correct information on a topic relative to the course subject; 5. furthering self-conducting study of the subject
