The aim of the course is to enable students to acquire specific knowledge of all those non-profit entities that revolve in the sports galaxy and to develop a critical approach that allows them to evaluate with full knowledge of the facts the various profiles connected to the varied figures existing in the sports field, also as a response to the demands of the liquid and ever-changing social reality
To be able to take the exam it is necessary to have passed the sports law exam
The course will take place through lectures, with exercises focused on particularly current issues
Learning assessment is assessed through an oral exam.
Grades will be expressed in thirtieths and will therefore range from 18/30 to 30/30 with honors, depending on the achievement of the following skills:

The course focuses on the study of E.T.S., with ad hoc insights that change every year based on the current nature of the issues.
Non-attending students will be able to follow the following programme:

- The Sport Reform
- Amateur sports organisations
-ASD
- Third sector amateur sports organisations
- The national register of amateur sports activities
-Focus on jurisprudential guidelines.
The program must be integrated with the rules contained in the civil code and in some special laws.
At the end of the course the student will be able to understand and use the legal notions and general principles regarding E.T.S, which will also be useful for the purposes of entering the job market.
