Progetto Nazionale "VERSO - Sistemi di orientamento e tutorato per le professioni educative e formative" POT L-19 2023-2025

The project offers orientation programs and tutoring for secondary school students and those enrolled in degree programs in the L-19 program. Within the student population, particular attention is paid to the needs of those with socioeconomic problems, disabilities, and special educational needs. The goal is to reduce barriers to university enrollment and attendance for this specific student population by focusing on informational and educational activities aimed at building career paths that can combine personal aspirations, university programs, and job opportunities. Thanks to partnerships between educational and training institutions, companies, and stakeholders in the L-19 program, the project activities are designed as protected spaces where students have the opportunity to develop their expectations and motivations through a process that commits to organizing experiences and allowing reflection on their experiences and future professional identity. Through a highly participatory approach, we seek to socialize the choice of university and future career, generally managed individually, by prefiguring problems and possible solutions, investigating and studying the world of work through the lens of one's own and others' knowledge and experiences.
