NUOVI MODELLI ORGANIZZATIVI DELL’IMPRESA ITTICA E DI ACQUACOLTURA SOSTENIBILE TRA TUTELA DELL’AMBIENTE, FATTORI ESG E ADEGUATEZZA DEGLI ASSETTI
Project The ongoing changes in the organizational models of SMEs operating in the corporate form
in the fishing and aquaculture sector need to be analyzed and managed, and this research project
aims to contribute to this from a theoretical and applied perspective. Since this research is also applied
—aimed at identifying optimal solutions for protecting fishing and aquaculture businesses,
reducing uncertainty and the risk of conflicts that could jeopardize the success of their
entrepreneurial initiatives—the dissemination of its results cannot be limited to the channels of
seminars and traditional scientific publications, which are
certainly one of its outputs.
The research project is set to conclude with a conference dedicated to the sustainable management of
fishing and aquaculture enterprises. This conference aims to serve as a forum for discussion
open to domestic and EU institutions and economic operators, so as to develop
an appropriate policy and propose the adoption of cost-efficient regulatory solutions, based on legal and economic
analysis, including comparative analysis.
