Considerazioni generali sulla qualificazione energetica

Through a critical reading of the legislation on energy field, we note that it is essential to think of an energy optimization since early design phase, considering climatic conditions of the context, the orientation and shape of the building as well as its thermal insulation and the characteristics of the housing. More complex is the intervention on the existing on which, having ignored in recent decades the performance quality of the housing and then, delegated to the plants the solution of home comfort, it is possible to intervene or with the internal energy reorganization, by adopting a positive approach; or by checking all parameters to improve the energy performance through the use of indicators that express the real energy needs in relation to the housing and / or the building-plant system.
