La storia paradossale della tutela dell’autonomia degli enti locali nella giurisprudenza costituzionale

The work, written on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the Constitutional Court, was published in the volume dedicated to the relationship between administrative law and constitutional court. In it we examine critically and widespread as the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court has supported or hindered the development of a real autonomist system in our system over a half century of national history.
