PRODUZIONE EDILIZIA-PRODOTTO EDILIZIO: OBIETTIVI E PROSPETTIVE Building production-building product: targets and perspectives

The paper describes the activity of the Cluster Building Production-Building Product, one of the eight thematic Clusters, formed within the SiTdA, the Italian Society of Architectural Technology, which since 2012 has created the scientific project of the Thematic Clusters, grouping scientific and research interests at various locations at national level. In particular, the Cluster Building Production -Building Product, has as its main objective the study of the technical and organizational conditions within which building processes are carried out. Following the monitoring of cluster members, the paper describes the issues of the Cluster itself, which invest, transversally, recovery and redevelopment of existing buildings; housing, particularly social housing; specialized tertiary buildings(schools, hospitals, commercial); energy efficiency and environmental sustainability at all scales; some aspects related to usability (improving accessibility, adequacy and inclusiveness, in particular by disadvantaged users). In addition to the general areas of interest, the paper describes the competences of participants, the various funding possibilities at national and European level, and the prospects for cluster activities in the medium and long term.
