Die Wahrnehmung des Glaubens. Kierkegaards Dimis-Predigt und die "Philosophischen Brocken"

The paper aims to show the close relation between Kierkegaard’s so called “Trial Sermon” (February 1844) and Philosophical Fragments (PF). In the Trial Sermon Kierkegaard distinguishes between “the earthly eye” and “the eye of faith” that is able to perceive God’s glory. I follow the concept of “the eye of faith” and, in general, the concept of “perception of faith” in PF, and show which consequences this notion has for an interpretation of PF. This makes it possible to find in PF a philosophy of glory, which is rooted in the concept of the “wondrous” rather then in the concept of beauty
