Intersections between Law and Education for Transformative Learning based on cultural contamination

abstract:
In mafia families, children are educated in violence, revenge, and gender stereotypes. Recentjudgments of the Juvenile Court of Reggio Calabria, have mandated the revocation ofparental responsibility in all cases in which serious injury to the child is proven. Theselimitations to parental rights have the principal purpose of allowing institutions to stop thissystem of behavior and giving these guys a good alternative cultural. So culturalcontamination and knowledge of another context become the transformative learning places.According to many studies cognition is a biological phenomenon, therefore the experience ofcultural contamination affects the cognitive ability of these guys, transforming it. Theremovals experience makes learning and can change the minds of these young people and bethe instrument to save them from a final criminal structuring.
