The book discusses the institution of public technical consulting (in italian "Consulenza Tecnica d'Ufficio") in the context of both administrative trial inquiry and its judicial review.Such an institute, introduced inside the administrative trial by Act July 21, 2000 n. 205, contains interesting profiles of investigation both for what concerns the legal nature and its structural and functional characteristics both as regards the impact that the application of such an that institute may have on the judge's decision.After an examination of issues concerning the review of the administrative court and its limits (even with reference to monitoring technical discretion), the focus shifts on trial inquiry and, through a quick comparison to the civil trial inquiry, the work addresses issues related to the discussion of public technical consulting institute in the context of administrative trial.The above discussion covers both theoretical aspects closely related to the institute, both functional profiles related to its application to the administrative trial.The final part of the research is devoted to analyzing the case where the administrative judge relies on the public technical consultingin order to give evidence on the effects that such a survey instrument determines on the administrative judge's review.
