Identità 'iperculturale' e 'decoincidente'. Per una giuridicità narrativa e inclusiva.

In this contribution, which is only an outline of a broader ongoing research project, we attempt to reflect on the issues of identity, narrativity and inclusiveness in order to rethink the structure of legality in its essence, open to social bonds and “new possibilities”. To this end, the thinking of B.-C. Han and F. Jullien is original in helping us to understand and reveal certain dimensions that often appear to be covered by a veil of opacity. Hypercultural identity (Han) and decoincident identity (Jullien) operate in aspace that becomes hypertextual, a space open to comparison and dialogue in which an increasingly narrative identity is “formed”, helping the subject to untangle the knots of conflict, including through intercultural legal translation.
