La legislazione regionale sull’accesso degli stranieri alle prestazioni sociali nel prisma della giurisprudenza costituzionale: spunti di riflessione

The article examines the main trends of Consitutional Court about regional laws in matter of foreigners’ access to social benefits provided by local welfare systems. Particular attention is paid to decisions declaring the uncostitutionality of the rules subjected to the judgment by the Court, due to the violation of the principle of equality.
