It is highlighted that, in order to obtain tax exemptions, the asset management of the Di- ocesan entity for the Support of the Clergy cannot assume the characteristics of competi- tion which, it is reiterated, are typical of the rules that dominate the markets and the free circulation of goods, so that, in the presence of such circumstances, the invoked benefits do not operate.
