In a context of rapid transitions and hybridizations, there is an urgent need for sustainable and transformative educational models. Generative spaces, both physical and mental, are revealed as crucial areas for the development of ideas, talents, and relationships, serving as catalysts for learning and growth. This article explores how the trio of transitions, hybridizations, and sustainability outlines a new pedagogical path to address current challenges. Transitions are described by Margiotta (2018) as a central paradigm, while Bauman and Beck delve into topics related to liquid modernity and social risk. Schools, viewed as incubators of talent and generative spaces, have the potential to transform education through personalized approaches and immersive technologies. A flexible pedagogical approach becomes essential to guide future generations toward sustainability and innovation
