Il voto elettronico nell'esperienza europea tra pregi e criticità

This paper aims at explaining the evolution of e-voting in some European countries, starting from the successful experience of Estonia, up to more complex realities such as France and Germany. The paper also offers an analysis of the case-law, and highlights pros and cons of e-voting, a fascinating tool that represents one of the most important topics within the horizon of current legal research: law and technology.
