Applicazioni del metaverso nei servizi sanitari: governance della realtà estesa e blockchain per l’automazione dei procedimenti amministrativi

The question of Metaverse regulation involves the prodromic definition of the governance of the whole network system. The interoperability between Metaverses requires the preliminary resolution of the Avatar’s identity problem and, specifically, of its certification. Ensuring a greater transparency in the use conditions of these tools appears as a priority. The immersive reality requires a sustainable development in democratic terms. This represents a big challenge for all the actors operating in the Extended Reality, even more in the medical-health sector where sensitive data are also processed.
