The freedom to reproduce and communicate to the public the articles of an economic, political or religious nature published «in magazines or newspa- pers, or broadcast or made available to the public» (art. 65 l.d.a.) also includes that of reproducing or communicating them in the (and through) the «press review» (media monitoring), which also satisfies an information need no less worthy of protection according to the constitutional norms.
