abstract:
The contribution is part of the activities during the Master in Environmental Management with a sustainable building specialization. In particular, the paper describes, respect to canonic phases of construction process, the different legislative instruments, both at the urban scale of the object construction, which place the conditions of actual feasibility of interventions, with particular attention to sustainable urban regeneration.
