Il potere amministrativo nella giurisprudenza della Corte europea dei diritti dell’uomo

The paper examines a profile not very well covered in studies of administrative law, namely the influence on the administrative function of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. Beyond the direct or indirect effect of these judgments, The work shows that rules and principles laid down by the Court have effect in respect of national administrative function, confirming a supranational law.
