The contribution of Fera, within the general text, gives an overview of the Land use and spatial plan (PAT, one of the parts into which it is divided the QTR), providing some general reflections on the adopted strategies, setting them in the light of economic development policies for the South of Italy, designed and implemented in recent decades and the results that these policies have produced. The essay focuses on two main aspects: on one hand the "form of the plan", that is its both strategic and regulatory role, but also the "process" that led to its construction, on the other hand the specific information contained herein.
