The text, departing from the consideration of the enormous quantity of relative data to available technical information today and from the consideration that: the information submitted not to control neither to organization, it stops being resource for becoming obstacle; it takes sprout for an examination analytical-criticism of the actual means of acquisition of the technical information, hypothesizing the construction of some necessary runs to the organization of the same technical information, finalized to a great and better definition of the knowledges for the control of the project in architecture.
