The course aims to provide basic knowledge of economic criminal law, with specific regard to the multiple regulatory 'bodies' that currently compose it. The theoretical analysis of the different disciplines that converge in the area of economic action will also be accompanied by the examination of some practical cases of significant interest.
no prerequisites required, except for limitations imposed by study plan.
The course will take place through lectures and in-depth seminars.
An oral exam is scheduled to verify knowledge of economic criminal law.
