The program of the course, through the training activities in which it is divided, aims to pursue the following objectives:
Qualifying educational objectives: The course aims to provide knowledge of the fundamental institutions of urban planning law and the implications of a civil nature.
Through the acquisition of knowledge of the main forms of planning and systems of regulation of the building activity, the course will allow students to recognize and resolve, in the light of the guidelines of jurisprudence, the issues posed by the government of the territory.
Specific training objectives: Knowledge of the topics covered by the course will allow you to critically address the issues and legal issues through the re-elaboration of the notions learned. The student will therefore have to demonstrate that he is able to apply the notions learned to concrete cases relating to the government of the territory and that he knows how to connect the different topics in order to develop useful solutions to specific problems.
The course does not include any specific didactic prerequisites, but preliminary lessons are provided on the fundamental notions of administrative law.
The course consists of theoretical lessons, seminars and insights on jurisprudential issues for a total of 40 hours.
The training activities will take place, according to the didactic calendar, in the first semester.

The general regulatory plan models and the main implementation plans. The role of standards.
Planning by directives.
Expropriation for public utility and alternative systems.
The discipline of building activity. Qualifying titles.
The building activity control function and the sanction system.
Practical matters.
Attendance is expected. Student signatures will be collected.
