The course aims to enable students to acquire adequate knowledge and understanding of the protection mechanisms in proceedings involving a public administration and the accounting process. This objective is pursued not only through the analysis of positive law but also through constant reference to the most recent case law.
During the course, students will be encouraged to practice using appropriate legal language and to develop adequate independent judgment regarding issues inherent in the current administrative justice and accounting justice systems.
