The course aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge regarding the organization of social services in light of the constitutional and regulatory provisions applicable to the specific area, in accordance with the welfare model established as the objective of administrative action.
General culture notions
Lectures, exercises, seminars, midterm tests
Knowledge and understanding: Upon passing the exam, the student knows and understands the constitutional and regulatory provisions regarding social and educational services.
Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: Upon passing the exam, the student is able to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired to the organization of social and educational services.
Making judgments: Upon passing the exam, the student is able to examine and understand the general rules relating to the discipline.
Communication skills: Upon passing the exam, the student is able to communicate the knowledge acquired using appropriate language to both specialists and non-specialists.
Learning skills: Upon passing the exam, the student is able to independently deepen the knowledge acquired and apply it to the study of new topics to be addressed in their further studies and in the workplace.
Assessment and Evaluation Methods: The exam consists of an oral test designed to assess the student's knowledge and understanding of the course content, as well as evaluating independent judgment, learning ability, and communication skills.
Assessment Methods
30 cum laude: complete, in-depth, and critical knowledge of the topics, excellent command of language, complete and original interpretative ability, full ability to independently apply knowledge to answer the questions;
28 - 30: complete and in-depth knowledge of the topics, excellent command of language, complete and effective interpretative ability, able to independently apply knowledge to answer the questions;
24 - 27: knowledge of the topics with a good level of mastery, good command of language, correct and confident interpretative ability, good ability to correctly apply most of the knowledge to answer the questions;
20 - 23: adequate knowledge of the topics but limited mastery of them, satisfactory command of language, correct interpretative ability, more than sufficient ability to independently apply knowledge to answer the questions posed
18-19: basic knowledge of the main topics, basic knowledge of technical language, sufficient interpretative skills, sufficient ability to apply the basic knowledge acquired;
<18 Insufficient: does not possess an acceptable knowledge of the topics covered during the course.
