By the end of the course, students should be familiar with the fundamental principles of administrative procedural law, understanding their rationale and application. By the end of the course, students should be able to illustrate the content of the fundamental rules of the procedural code and contextualize them within the relevant constitutional framework. By the end of the course, students should be able to: appropriately and effectively communicate the knowledge acquired during the course.
Knowledge of the fundamental concepts of substantive administrative law.
Use of slides, indication and commentary of jurisprudence, practical exercises, seminars with qualified administrative magistrates
Oral exam. Attending students are entitled to a written exemption.
