The aim of the course is to allow students to refine their skills in interpreting law texts and critically analyzing jurisprudential rulings, providing them with the main methodological tools necessary for these purposes
Students are requested to have passed the exam of Constitutional Law and Private Law 2.
Frontal lessons, seminars, group work and class discussions
Final oral exam to verify learning of the course content.
Grades will be expressed in thirtieths and will depend on the level of achievement demonstrated in the oral exam. Excellent will be considered an exam that demonstrates a thorough, comprehensive, and timely understanding of the course content and mastery of legal language. Fair will be considered an exam that demonstrates an overall adequate understanding of the course content and the appropriate use of legal language. Sufficient will be considered an exam that demonstrates limited and superficial knowledge of the course content and the approximate use of legal language. Insufficient will be considered an exam that demonstrates difficulty navigating the course content, the presence of gaps in training, the inappropriate use of legal language, or a predominantly rote understanding.
Attending students will be able to take a midterm assessment test (on the contents of the first part of the course), then complete the exam on the second part (the assessment will be a single one, and will result from the overall consideration of the results of the midterm test – if passed – and the final test).

– La seconda parte si svolgerà sulla base di seminari, nel corso dei quali saranno forniti ai corsisti frequentanti materiali di dottrina e di giurisprudenza, a partire dai quali si articolerà l’analisi critica dei temi oggetto di studio.
Frequentanti e non frequentanti dovranno utilizzare come testi di studio per questa seconda parte i seguenti scritti:
