As a preliminary exploration into the complex relationship between artificial intelligence and justice, this paper argues for the irreplaceable role of the legal practitioner. Drawing on contemporary philosophical and legal debates, the study underscores that legal and factual reconstruction relies inherently on narrative depth and "decoincidence." Ultimately, a judicial decision must strive for hermeneutic "correctness" rather than mere computational "exactness." Within this framework, AI serves as an indispensable auxiliary tool—not a substitute for human judgment, but a specialized lens enabling jurists to deeply perceive and comprehend legally relevant facts.
