Estructuras procedimentales y trasfondos jurídicos. Estudio comparado entre España e Italia

The article examines, from a comparative perspective, the models of procedural participation in the Spanish and Italian legal systems, based on a systematic analysis of Law 39/2015 in comparison with Law n. 241/1990, creating a «mirror effect» that offers valuable insights into the normative evolution in both jurisdictions. The study, which addresses aspects of convergence and discontinuity, reveals the influence that legislative choices and legal contexts exert on the scope and assimilation of the participatory institution.
