This paper addresses the issue of carrying out interventions and works within protected areas, focusing on the power of the Park Authority to issue the prior authorization, which is essential to obtain the concession or authorization to carry out the work, as well as to order the removal of artifacts created without the authorization. It is particularly emphasized that the defects in the authorization procedure for building within the park authority cannot be remedied subsequently, either through pecuniary sanctions or through subsequent authorizations, with the consequence that the order for removal and restoration of the status quo ante constitutes the only form of protection of the natural heritage.
